ISA, Inc. was founded by Doron Madmony, former IDF soldier, and officer in the Israel National Police counter-terrorism unit (YAMAM) with over 20 years of experience in the security field.  The company was established for the purpose of providing the customer with highly trained personnel who must pass strict qualifications and background checks in order to qualify for employment.
